Payment Policy
Our online payment methods include: personal checks, money orders,
Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express cards. When paying by
personal check or money order, please print out your order page after
selecting this type of payment, and send the order form with your
payment to our address (above.) Your order will be processed once your
check clears our account, usually within 5 business days.
Money order payments are processed immediately.
Shipping Policy
We ship our merchandise using UPS. Because each piece of
furniture is handcrafted to your specifications; production times vary
between 2 & 14 weeks before shipping. Upon placing an order through
our on-line store, we will contact you regarding an estimated time and
cost of shipment. Below are estimated shipping times based on
the furniture line.
Country Classic: 2 - 3 weeks
Country Meadow: 4 - 6 weeks
Heritage Series: 12 - 14 weeks
Home Accents: 6 - 8 weeks
Oak Reproductions: 2 - 3 weeks
Info for our local customers
If you place an online order with us, please select "Local Customer
Pickup" in the shipping options during your order process. You may
pick up your purchase at the Market. Of course you may also choose to
have your purchase shipped as well.
